Personal attention is our #1 priority for our clients. Los Angeles Web Design provides you with a custom design - unique to your taste, personality and needs. We have a large team of web and graphic designers, programmers and search engine optimization experts that are assigned to each web development project. We meet deadlines and we keep you informed every step of the way. There are five distinct stages of website design and development and we take you through each step of the way throughout the entire progress of your sites creation.
Meeting with our clients to learn about their business or organization is imperative. What do they want to accomplish with their website? During the initial meeting we will discuss business objectives, target audience, online marketing, timelines for completion, and any budget constraints.
After learning imperative details during the consultation meeting, our team will then prepare a formal proposal. This proposal gives the client a clear understanding of the project scope; basic layout, design, site functions and features, content needed, any special technical functions, timeline and cost for services. Occasionally this step is skipped and we go right into a service agreement.
Once a service agreement has been signed, we will deliver a checklist, typically in the form of several emails. Those involved in supplying images, text content, forms, etc…, for the website will receive a list of items needed and when our staff will need them to keep the project on track to meet the desired timeline of the website launch.
Once our staff has received the necessary information from the list of items sent, we enter the web design and development stage of the website. Often our clients will give us enough information to move forward on the design and development, while they work on getting more needed images and/or content to us. This process moves the project along so one party isn’t waiting too much on the other. If a client already has a logo, we design the website to fit the style and color scheme of the logo. If the client does not have a logo, but wants us to create one, our graphic designers will do this first and then create the rest of the website design around the look of the logo. The preliminary design is sent to the client and layout and design items are then tweaked until our client gives us final approval to go forward with the new website design.
Our staff works on the website design, development of the proper search engine optimization and programming and then we test the new site on our development server. When it is complete we send the link to our client for review. During this time we receive feedback about any modifications they may want us to make prior to the official launch of the website. Requested changes are made and once we receive the approval on their new website, we schedule a launch date and take the new site live.
